The Crop Duster is a B-Fly Guard pass as demonstrated by the guys at 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu.
This is straight out of class from Legends Gym in LA where 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu trains.
Eddie Bravo will often have students teach a technique. In the video you can see that Eddie has a watchful eye out as the student goes through all of the steps.
At one point you can see IFL Middleweight Champion Matt Horwich walk through the shot. You never know who is going to be training at 10th Planet !
