Here, World Champion Vinny Magalhaes demonstrates a transition that he uses from the Flower Sweep to set up a Triangle. The sweep is a little harder to hit without all the grips with a gi but Vinny changes it up a little and makes it work.
During the tekk you can see a clear opportunity to armbar your opponent or you can continue on to the Triangle as Vinny does in the video.
