Rubber Guard: Fly Over

The Omoplata can be a difficult technique to deal with in the 10th Planet system.

Once you have been broken down and your opponent has gone through all the steps from Mission Control to clearing the neck to New York and they are going for the Omoplata you have to do something to stop their progression.

In the video Alder and Alex show a technique called the Fly Over. If you are not able to stop your opponent's progression and they reach the Omoplata the Fly Over will get you out of danger.

Timing is important with this technique. If you wait too long to go over the top and you let your opponent gain control of your legs in a full Jiu Claw position then it is going to be next to impossible to do the Fly Over.
