The Ninja Choke is a sneaky tekk from a RG setup that Eddie Bravo posted on his website. I wanted to add it to the technique section here because 1. it is a new submission setup from the RG and 2. it was done live in MMA competition showing that it is possible.
You have to have your opponent's posture broken down in order to hit this one which is why it works from the RG. Timing also looks to be a big part of your success with this choke. It will take lots of drilling to get the timing and mechanics down if you want to add this sub to your game.
