Side Mount: Double Twisted

The Twister is a neck crank, spine lock, hip wrencher that Eddie Bravo brought into jiu jitsu with him from high school wrestling. It was called the Wrestler's Guillotine but since the name Guillotine was already used in BJJ Jean Jaques Machado started calling it the 'Twister' and the name stuck.

Eddie Bravo tore up the BJJ circuit in Southern Cali with the Twister submitting a lot of people along the way. Nobody knew how to defend against it.

What you want to do is bring your bottom knee under his grapevine. You do that by bringing knee to elbow and then switching your weight from one side to the other. Brandon does a great job of breaking this down in the video above.
