I have heard Eddie give two reasons this technique is called the Douche Bag.
The first one is because it is a pretty dirty thing to do. I mean putting your dirty, stinky foot on someones neck? C'mon, you have to admit that is low. But it is extremly effective so you be the judge.
The second reason for the name is for when the person you are sparring with is a low life then the name fits.
