Side Mount: RLS
( restless leg syndrome )







From the Side Mount in Spider Web you can use the RLS to finish the Armbar.

The RLS is basically like the Slide from MTRG but with an added little twist that is very effective.

From Spider Web you are going to lean to your side as if you going do the Slide. But instead of sliding you deep hook up to his wrist and then kicking him down you hold the deep hook, uncross your feet and do a leg curl over your opponents face.

Next you shake/kick his face downward which causes him to release his grip.
