Wrestling throws are great for submission grappling as well as MMA. In the video above they do a great job of breaking the Body Lock down. I really like the way that he lowers his level at the beginning of the tech.

The Body Lock is ideal for MMA because you are too close for your opponent to punch or elbow you effectively and if you have good technique and are explosive you will be able to take your opponent down.

You can also use this in combination with the Ouchi Gari takedown as demonstrated by Karo Parisyan. Just switch your stance when you go for Ouchi Gari.
