Mastering the Rubber Guard DVD is required material for anyone that wants to learn the 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu system. If you have already picked up the book from Victory Belt then you will definately want to pick up this DVD !
Eddie goes over a large number of the techniques from the book in detail. I know that they say "a picture is worth a thousand words" but to actually see Eddie demonstrate the techniques will help you to get all of the fine points of each tech.
Some of the techniques like the Pump just cannot be captured in pictures as well as they can in video.
With this DVD set it is almost like you are right there in 10th Planet with Eddie teaching the class. The only difference is that he usually cracks more jokes while he is teaching.
You will still get a good sense of Eddie's sense of humor in this 6 hour DVD set. There are a few extras in the video. Don't worry, I won't spoil the surprise. I will let you see them for yourself when you pick up the set.
Mastering the RG DVD. is worth the price for sure. You will not regret it !
