The Double Wrist Lock is a staple of Catch Wrestling. In modern grappling the technique is more commonly known as 'The Kimura' in honor of how Kimura broke Helio Gracies shoulder with the tekk.
In the video below legendary Catch Wrestler Billy Robinson and Jake Shannon of ScientificWrestling.com demonstrate the finer details of the technique.
One detail that really stood out to me was how they made the arm under their opponent's arm 'short.' Making the angle less than 45 degrees as Jake explains really adds a tremendous amount of pressure to the technique. The knee to the face helps too ; )
